Community Bank of Florida is committed to continually reaching new heights and exceeding expectations for their customers. The bank saw an opportunity to fulfill this commitment with the addition of a new branch in Lakeland, Florida. While the site was ideal in terms of convenience for their customers, the existing building had been vacant for five years and was in desperate need of reconstruction. Community Bank of Florida selected IBT to lead the renovation effort, which included a complete overhaul of the exterior and design of the interior. The refurbished 5,000 square foot branch offers 5 teller positions, drive thru tellers, a conference/training room, semi-private and enclosed offices and a break room. A key merchandising feature is the custom designed wall graphic behind the teller line that conveys the bank's core values. Other project work includes: - Renovated vault and night depository
- New security system
- Resurfacing and painting of park area
- New landscaping
- Interior and exterior signage and lighting
- New HVAC system with variable air
- Sectioning off of an additional 3,000 square feet that was subdivided and prepared for up to three lease spaces
