IBT Enterprises SVP Shaun Pond to Speak at CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council Conference
Presentations to address importance of branch placement

ATLANTA – September 18, 2007 – IBT Enterprises, a leader in design, construction, and consulting services for the financial services industry and a CUNA Strategic Services Alliance Provider, announces senior vice president Shaun Pond will speak at the 2007 CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council Conference.

The CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council is a partnership of operations professionals that provides education, leadership and networking support to further enhance the role and diversity of credit unions. Pond’s presentation, The Art and Science of Branch Placement, will examine best practices and the process of selecting a branch location. The conference will be held September 23-26, 2007 in Indian Wells, Calif.

“Location is paramount to the success of a credit union branch, but it is more than just a real estate exercise,” said Pond. “Branch placement must examine how the real estate interacts with current and future members, and what type of location and services enable the branch to serve its members and achieve its specific mission.”
