IBT Names Tom Tucker EVP of Sales and Marketing
Senior sales executive brings 28 years of industry experience back to IBT

ATLANTA, Mar 23, 2006 - IBT Enterprises, LLC, a leader in retail design, construction and consulting services for the financial industry and specialty retail, today announced the appointment of Tom Tucker as executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Tucker, previously with IBT for over 10 years, has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing financial institutions today. Most recently Tucker was senior vice president of sales for the Americas for Travelex Currency Services, Inc.

"Tom is a highly seasoned sales executive who brings an experienced leadership perspective to all facets of our business and has a passion for delivering superior customer experiences," said Mylle Mangum, IBT CEO. "Tom has an impressive record of building and maintaining high performance sales teams, driving growth and developing long-term business relationships with a broad spectrum of financial institutions. We are thrilled to have him join the IBT team."

Prior to Travelex, he was vice president and national sales manager for Open Solutions, Inc. where he led the e-Commerce division responsible for sales of Internet banking nationwide. During his previous 10-year tenure at IBT - then incorporated as International Banking Technologies, a First Data company - he was senior vice president and national sales manager, where he was responsible for nine North American sales regions. Tucker has also held senior sales positions in several major technology companies. Tucker holds a bachelor of science in marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
