IBT Names Mylle Mangum CEO
New CEO to focus on growth initiatives

ATLANTA, Nov. 17, 2003
IBT, the nation’s largest specialty retail branch and performance consulting company, named Ms. Mylle Mangum CEO. Mangum, with more than 25 years of business management experience, will focus on profitable growth initiatives for the company.

Mangum’s diverse background in high tech, consumer, travel and marketing services allows her to apply best practices she learned in those sectors to the financial services industry. Prior to joining IBT, Mangum was CEO of True Marketing Services, focusing on consolidating marketing services companies, and MMS Incentives, a private equity company involved in developing and implementing marketing and loyalty programs in a high technology environment. She was also president of global payment systems and senior vice president of strategic planning and expense management for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a $14 billion company in the corporate travel industry with locations in 143 countries. Mangum was the first president of BellSouth International. Additionally, Mangum held senior management positions with Holiday Inn Worldwide and General Electric Company.

Mangum is a member of numerous organizations including The Carter Center Board, which, in partnership with Emory University, seeks to prevent and resolve conflicts, enhance freedom and democracy and improve health through its commitment to human rights. She is also a member of the Goizueta Advisory Board of Emory Business School, the Piedmont College Board of Trustees, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the Society of International Business Fellows. She was past president of the Committee of 200, an organization of top U.S. and international businesswomen. Mangum is a member of the board of directors at Scientific Atlanta, Inc., Payless ShoeSource, Inc., Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc. and The Barnes Group, Inc.

Mangum has been featured in newspaper articles and magazines such as Forbes and Fortune . She is a frequent speaker at national and international gatherings including the World Economic Forum, and she testified at Senate hearings on International Education and the Impact on American Competitiveness.

Mangum has earned various honors and awards. Most recently, Mangum was named “Decision Maker of the Year” by Business to Business magazine and “Marketer of the Year ” by the Atlanta Chapter of the American Marketing Association. She was also selected as one of the “100 Most Influential Atlantans” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and one of the “Divas 2000” by Business to Business magazine.
